The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) McGovern-Dole International Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program reduces hunger and promotes girls education through school feeding assistance programs in Malawi and around the world.  Building on a recent award to the World Food Program in Malawi, the U.S. Department of Agriculture will contribute an additional $7 million that will help keep adolescent Malawian girls in school by providing school meals, student scholarships, and classroom construction.  Learn more at:  http://www.fas.usda.gov/programs/mcgovern-dole-food-education-program
