Malawians Participate in Pan African Youth Leadership Program

Five Malawian secondary school students and one Malawian teacher departed Malawi on April 7 to participate in the Pan African Youth Leadership Program (PAYLP) – a U.S. Government funded program that provides secondary school participants with a unique educational exchange experience for three weeks in the United States.

PAYLP provides leadership training, cultural excursions, and classroom instruction for high school students ages 15-18 years old.   As part of the program, the participants will spend time Washington, D.C., Muncie, Indiana, and Chicago, Illinois.  Since 2014, 14 Malawians have participated in the program.  Learn more Here
